GOD'S REMEDY FOR ANXIETY!

Obstacles or Opportunities? It Depends On Your Perception
Do you dread dealing with any type of obstacle? Most of us do. We want life to be easy, but it seems that obstacles continuously thwart our efforts and limit the quality of our lives. The good news is that obstacles don’t have to be the vile thing you think they are.
Obstacles can actually be a blessing! Obstacles are often the path to great success and achievement. The obstacle isn’t really a roadblock. It’s an opportunity.

Overcoming obstacles requires three things:
- It begins with the ability to perceive the situation accurately. This requires having a true understanding of how the world works. It’s important to be free of emotional distress and to maintain your composure. Excess emotion clouds perception and can inhibit your ability to take action.
- Act intelligently. With accurate perception, you have the ability to take appropriate action. All of us take actions every day. Even lying on the couch and watching television is a course of action. However, few of us take intelligent action. Intelligent action consists of actions that are most likely to lead to success.
- Accept and persevere. Creating opportunities from obstacles requires will. When placed in a situation with multiple obstacles and little hope, do you continue or do you give up? The ability to accept the situation makes intelligent action easier. Lacking acceptance, you’ll face too much emotional struggle to perceive accurately or to act intelligently.
This eBook also comes with a worksheet, and focuses on the details and enhancement of these three important traits. Enjoy!
Become the Best Version of Yourself by Increasing Your Self-Worth
The life you’re currently living is the result of your self-concept. If you believe you can’t earn a good living, you won’t. If you believe that others don’t like you, your social life will be unsatisfying. Your self-concept serves as a self-imposed barrier. It’s necessary to eliminate the barrier if you wish to venture beyond it.
You are limited by your beliefs regarding your past, your current situation, and your habits. Fortunately, these are manageable challenges that can be overcome with effort and persistence.

Your self-concept has been shaped by your past. Or rather, your perception of your past. Review the uncomfortable experiences from your past and find a more positive resolution. Remember that the past is over and no indication of what the future can hold. The past is only a limitation if you allow it to be.
Building your self-esteem will give you the fuel to make alterations to your self-concept. This is an ongoing process. You already have plenty of reasons to be happy with yourself. Ensure you remind yourself of how wonderful you already are.

The word decluttering doesn’t just apply to housekeeping. In a household setting, decluttering refers to cleaning, general tidying, and eliminating things from the home that have become useless or obsolete.
The same concept can be applied to your mind. It’s the process of lowering the burden on your mind by eliminating unnecessary worry and thoughts.
This can be accomplished by making changes to your life and your thought processes. Although clutter is always caused by your mental processes, external events can serve as triggers. Eliminating the triggers is a powerful way to declutter your mind.

Death or Other Loss Results in Grief
Grieving is one of life’s most challenging experiences. Those in grief often feel alone, depressed, and angry. It’s common to feel guilt, too. The emotions are unpleasant and intense. We aren’t faced with such strong emotions on a regular basis, which makes dealing with them particularly challenging.
Time may not completely heal all wounds, but it does lesson the sting.
Remember that life is short. We all have a limited time on Earth. Grieve, but remember to honor the death of a loved one by living your life to the fullest.
If someone you know is experiencing grief, be there for them. Help them with life’s day-to-day chores and strive to be a good listener. You might be limited to offering your condolences. Allow the griever to determine the pace.
Most importantly, seek out professional help for yourself or others if necessary. One tragedy is enough.
This eBook will help you on your journey in understanding grief and how you can deal with it.
